This is the website for MechSoc, the Mechanical Engineering Society of Imperial College London. MechSoc aim to provide a range of high quality events to enrich your time in the department. All Mechanical Engineering students are automatically members so please get involved!

08/03/11 - November Update
Christmas is approaching and your Mechsoc Committee has been working hard to organize lots of awesome events in before of the holidays. We have the following things coming up:
The next Mech Soc event, Natural History Museum Ice Skating Ring, has been organized for Tuesday, November 22nd starting at 6pm. We will subsidize the Ice Skating, so it will only cost £6 and includes a free drink at the bar!
We will go to Science Museum Late Nighton Wednesday, November 30th. Visit the science museum for free Adults only entertainment!
This year we will have a Mech Soc Cocktail Party, taking place on Tuesday, December 13th. Keep the date free for the awesomeness!
14/10/11 - ...and the year 2011-2012 starts...
With the start of the term, the new Mechsoc comittee became active. We will be holding our first event,
a Pub Crawl through Fulham, at the 20th of October. Throughout this term there will be MechSoc Barnight,
a Christmas Dinner and possibly a Cocktail Party - more details coming soon!
