About Guildsheet

Guildsheet is the student newspaper for the Faculty of Engineering at Imperial College and, we might add, is a far superior publication to the better funded Felix.

Guildsheet is usually published monthly during term-time and is put together by a team of highly trained monkeys, working under the supervision of Editor John Collins.

The organization of Guildsheet is up to the editor. Generally, there tends to be a small group of people that just gets on with the tasks that need to be done to produce each issue. The whole is made up of what the individuals put into the publication, with no formal right way to putting together an issue. Those with great enthusiasm for journalism will find that they will learn formal methods of how to put together a publication elsewhere, and learn how to think laterally and produce good content with Guildsheet.

The management of Guildsheet comes under the auspices of the City & Guilds College Union Media Group who also run the online news hub Live! that churns out articles more regularly than any other Imperial College publication.
