Tickets for all of CGCU's start of term events are now available online via the ICU Shop. Tickets have been onsale to Freshers' for a number of weeks and as we approach the start of term, will now become available to older years aswell.
The Freshers' Barbeque on the 5th October is FREE entry with no ticket required. Just turn up and prove you are an engineer to get your discount!
The Freshers' Bar Night on the 15th October is a snip at only £3! This year we have a change of venue, upgrading to local High Street Kensington Nightclub 'Archangel' to enjoy later opening until 2am. Despite the change of venue we will endeavour to still partake of the Freshers' Yard and other traditional frivolities.
The Masquerade Ball is at the end of the third week of term and will be the biggest event ever held by CGCU. With live music headlined by New Young Pony Club, DJs, casino, photographer and much more this night is set to be te best event of the term.
The CGCU Beer Festival on Saturday 14th November will transform the Union into a traditional english festival featuring a hog roast, up to 40 different ales and traditional entertainments. Fancy naming your very own beer? Email guilds@imperial.ac.uk with your suggestions and we will pick the best to be brewed by our supplier 'Blindmans'. Mark the email 'Name an Ale Competition' and don't forget to give us an idea of what you think it should taste like!
